MEET MELISSA

Mel is a devoted Pilates instructor with a rich background in health and movement. Her journey into the world of Pilates began during the Covid lockdown, a time when she was grappling with anxiety and searching for a holistic outlet to nurture both her mind and body. It was during these challenging times that she discovered the profound benefits of Pilates, which quickly became a cornerstone of her daily routine.

Immersing herself in the world of Pilates, she realised that it was more than just a form of exercise; it was her true calling. Over the past three years, she has dedicated herself to mastering this discipline and sharing its transformative power with others.
