Hi, I'm Melissa

My Pilates journey started during the Covid lockdown. I was dealing with anxiety, feeling disconnected from my body, and searching for something that truly nurtured both my mind and wellbeing. I found Pilates — and it changed everything.

What started as a personal practice quickly became a calling. I immersed myself in learning, training, and understanding the deep principles behind this discipline — and I knew I wanted to share it with other women who needed the same thing I did.

Over the past three years I've dedicated myself to creating accessible, encouraging, real-results Pilates for Australian women. No judgement. No pressure. Just movement that actually works.
