The Classes

What's in the class library?

There are five class styles: Booty (tone and lift your glutes), Core (strengthen your midsection and improve posture), Full Body (a complete head-to-toe workout), Stretch (release tension and improve flexibility), and Upper Body (arms, shoulders, chest and back). Every membership gives you access to all five.

Classes vary in length to suit different schedules — from quick 10–15 minute sessions perfect for busy days, to full 30–45 minute workouts when you have more time. There is always something that fits your day.

New classes are added every single week. With 90+ already available across all five class styles, there's always something fresh waiting for you. Your practice will never feel stale or repetitive.

Yes. With consistent practice, members typically notice improved posture, a stronger core, better flexibility, increased muscle tone and greater body confidence. Results vary between individuals but consistency is the key — and that's exactly why our weekly schedules and community exist to support you.

Recipes & Challenges

More than just classes

Recipes are included in the Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly plans only. The Essential plan does not include the recipe library. If you'd like to access our full anti-inflammatory recipe collection, upgrading to a Premium plan is easy from your account settings.

Our recipe library focuses on whole-food, anti-inflammatory meals designed to complement your Pilates practice. You'll find high-protein breakfasts, nourishing dinners, and guilt-free desserts — all created to fuel your body and support your wellbeing inside and out.

Seasonal challenges are structured programmes designed to help you build consistency and see real results over a set period of time. They're a great way to stay motivated, push yourself, and connect with the wider community. Available to Premium members only.

Health & Safety

Pilates & your wellbeing

Pilates is widely recommended for back pain relief as it strengthens the deep core and spinal stabilising muscles that support your back in daily life. However, if you have a specific condition or injury, please consult your healthcare provider before starting. Learn more from Better Health Channel.

We always recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before starting any new exercise programme during pregnancy. Please follow your healthcare provider's advice and guidance. Movement guidelines during pregnancy are available from Australia's Department of Health.

Pilates is generally considered a very low-impact, gentle form of exercise that many people use in rehabilitation. However, if you have a specific injury or medical condition, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider or physiotherapist before starting. Learn more about the principles of Pilates from the Pilates Method Alliance.
