Method
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chickpeas, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until chickpeas are golden and slightly crispy.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Assemble the wraps by spreading mashed avocado on each wrap. Top with cooked chickpeas, diced onion, tomato, and fresh spinach.
Optional: Drizzle tahini or yogurt for extra flavour.
Fold the wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve.
