Intermediate Slow Burn

A controlled, slow class designed to sculpt and strengthen from the inside out. Expect deep glute activation, some upper body work and some deep abdominal work. Mel uses no equipment in this class but you can add ankle weights to level up that burn. This class is also pre and post natal friendly.
